Rates

Every personal or business website will be individually designed & maintained by myself. I decided to incorporate flat rates into my fee schedule, thereby giving you approximate upfront costs before we get started.

Packages will include to 2 design previews to make sure you are happy with your site before it is completed. When we decide to work together, I will give you my personal email address for correspondence. If you like, I can also call you (or vise versa) and we can talk for a while about what you would like. We can do this in advance to get the design ball rolling. However, once you approve any part or parts of the site, there will be an additional charge for changes.

-You are responsible for writing all general text and/or image descriptions for your site.
-All Images/Graphics/Text must be sent to me via email or disc.
-Page size is based on a standard 8.5x14 sheet of paper. But if you go a bit over, that's ok!
All pages are static HTML format.

No Charge if the name is available & you use my hosting service. I will provide, via email, a Monthly Statistic Report showing Total Page Hits, Total Unique Visitor Count, and Top Referrer Domains (who sent you the most people). The Domain Name is yours during the duration of my hosting service. You may purchase name for an additional fee.

Do you plan to have monthly changes?
Plan A- Small changes: Changing a few words or a line of text, adjusting contact or other Info, changing 4-5 images, adding or removing text links within page content.

*Image/Graphics/Text Information:
Any images/graphics/text used on your site should be created by you, or proper permission should be obtained by you from the actual owner and/or seller of photos, text or graphics). You do not want to deal with copyright infringement. Should you purchase or obtain official permission to use said images/text, inquire as to whether proper credit must be given within your website, and how it should be worded; I will add it to disclaimer box at the base of the Homepage. If information must be on each image/photo, there will be a small fee to add it to each photo, unless you do it yourself.

This is not given as legal advice, just some precautions you should take.
You are responsible for all content on your site. I only build "family-friendly" sites.
Absolutely No Suggestive, R-Rated or X-Rated Images, Graphics or Text of ANY kind.

**ALL images must be sent to me in jpeg format, and sent to me either by email or on a disc.

Payment Procedures

I accept Company and Personal checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.
(Company & Personal checks require 5 day wait for clearance.)

1. After we work out an agreement through quote(s), I will send you an invoice to your email address, which will have a Paypal Link to pay. You can also mail me a check to my address. The Invoice will be for 50% of the final quote we agree on. We can then begin working together.

At this point, you should send me page names, along with any text, images and graphics for each. Please make sure you clearly label what content goes on each page. Remember, the quicker you are able to get page content to me, the quicker I can build your site!

2. As described on the DESIGN page, I will send you a layout "proof" for you to review, make changes if any, and then approve. I will then work on the full content of your site, adding all text, graphics, photos and any other extra items you had chosen.

3. I will then email you to review your site for any any tweaks and adjustments. Once you give me the final approval (through email), your site will be launched! Congratulations...you have a website!

3a. Payment Plan: I will need the initial 50% deposit, but after your site is launched, I can divide your actual balance due into 4 additional monthly payments, with no interest.

4. Any future adjustments, changes and additions will be handled in the same manner. You mail or call me with your changes, I will send Invoice, and once that is paid I will make the changes.

Once I have all of your information (content) for your site, I can have it ready usually within 2-4 weeks, depending on the number of projects scheduled ahead of you, and how quickly we can make any changes and approve the final product.
